With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Rebalance Community Care provides trusted, compassionate and clinically informed NDIS supports tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals and choices.
Our caring and experienced team is committed to delivering safe, reliable and person-centred support that helps participants build independence, strengthen community connections and enjoy greater confidence in everyday life. From daily living and community participation to nursing, clinical and high-intensity supports, participants and their families can feel confident they are in capable hands.
We currently have capacity for new participants across all support categories, including self-managed and plan-managed participants throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland.
